Obviously total scam, yes.

Did you buy a lottery ticket? No. So you can't have won.

erm I would say ignore. I've been getting similiar ones too.

I must get about 6-8 of these every single day. The amount of money I seem to have won on lotteries, I don't need to come to work, or someone has died without a next of kin and they want me to give them a bank account so that they can deposit the monies in and I will get 50/50 just send name, age, address, etc etc oh and I must use their private email address when replying.
