fingers crossed and touch wood I will be getting a new pc(hopefully monday)
where on this pc can I find the in and out thing for my emails pop thingy

Go into outlook express and select tools then then accounts

Outlook Express is no more (hooray!). Vista comes with Windows Mail, but even that is about to be replaced with Windows Live Mail - download that and set up your POP (or even IMAP) accounts.

when I get new pc
and connect my broadband plug, will I have to re istall or will windows do it for me?

I am not sure if it will replace Windows Mail with Windows Live Mail automatically, so go to the link I gave you and you can download and install it from there.
