SQL Dumper library failed. Any ideas what this means?

When I put the computer on I get this failure notice. I click ok and the computer carries on and I can use it as normal. Is this anything I need to worry about?

It sounds like a database error message. What have you got that loads when you start your PC? This MAY help...
