If i plug my BT home hub into a virgin media line, will it still work????

Hub as in wireless hub? Yes, it should.

It may be a bit trickier than that I'm afraid. Unless I'm looking at old information then the BT home hub is set up to stop you doing just that and you have to mess around with it.
