Looking for a Wii expert as my wii controls do not rumble !!!!!!!!!

We have not used the Wii for a while and recently when trying to have a game the remote would not rumble and select the game choice when disc is inserted, I changed the batteries and it still did not work. Ive now bought a new remote, synced it, and still the same problem. on the Nintendo website it says you have to turn the rumble option on but I am unable to find it on my screen - when I press the home button I only get the Wii menu screen but cant select or go anywhere from there only backwards!!

Please is there a Wii expert in your house that can help me. Thank you.

Press the Home button on the remote, then select 'Wii Remote Settings' - Rumble is right there.

Is your remote sensor contected ok ?

It seems to be connected ok wings

Anyone - there must be someone out there who can advise on this - my ds has been trying for hours to get this to work

You select it by using the Wii remote as a pointer, like a mouse pointer, and clicking A when it is over the words. Is the on-screen pointer working?

I found the problem - doh the little wire coming out of the sensor on the top of tv had come loose. Thanks all.
