I've downloaded some songs from Tesco.net and they are on my pc, but have tried to copy them to CD and MP3 player - the names of the songs come up but nothing is recorded? What am I doing wrong?

I had the same thing with tesco. they said it was because the format wasn't suitable for MP3 players.
Appartently you have to download the MP3 version, if they have one.

They are DRMed - i.e. locked down to your specific computer, and can't be moved or copied.

This is why you should never buy copy-protected music - either buy mp3s or buy the CD and rip it yourself. Or go pirate
