Can anyone recommend a web hosting company?

Don't need it to do anything special, a little bit of web space (without ads), a few email addresses, a non-techy interface and good customer support.

then put your email address in
see, mine for my choir website is just a Yahoo account.

That's perfect nickelbabe - right, sold! I think the Wix was a bit too pointlessly flash-y for my (humble) needs.

Now all I have to do is get my arse in gear and actually DO it. (And get insurance, touch up the room, get some furniture, sort out supervision, contact schools, and make flyers.)

I had my website up and running about a year before I opened my shop!

I'm beginning to worry about my brainpower now. I don't understand Google +, and now I don't understand how to change the background image. Where can I get some more from??!! Pleeeease?

And I can't even change the sodding text. Maybe it's because I'm not used to DTP either but I'm not finding this easy at all.

Ok ignore that last part. I'm just rambling now... have kind of figured it out. I still say it's not obvious!!
