Tesco won't let me checkout! Helllp [wails]

Surely they want my money??!!
When I click checkout it starts trying to download something called redirect.aspx which isn't downloading it just says 'starting'. Its so annoying and I don't know if its normal?

Oooh! I've had this. I've just tried to find the thread where some lovely MNer told me what to do. IIRC, just click out of the site, don't logoff, then go back to it and your shopping will still be in your basket.

And please don't hate me forever if that doesn't work. Hope it does. It's soooooooooo frustrating.

That won't work either (luckily all stuff still in basket ;). It just keeps trying to download something. I don't understand, I could have been there and shopped by now !!

had exacrly this yesterday. delivery slot booked. basket filled. went to checkout and it kept taking me to delivey slot again. tried a new slot but it would not let me go any further so gave up and abandoned my basket and hot footed it to a co-op and got alot of bargains instore!

i always do my shop on line and once in a while its quite nice to meander up and down to see what new. Tescos loss

Also tried to rebook slot as had been faffing about so long it chucked me out and it was more expensive! The cheek of the people!

I've had this twice - always shop online. The first time i rang the helpline and a nice lady took my money on the phone. the other time i got really angry as it was modnight turned the computer off and went to bed. When I tried again in the morning it worked fine (delivery slot and shopping still in basket from the night before).

So in summary I don't know! good luck
