HELP IVE CHANGED MY SCREEN ALIGNMENT

The top of the screen is now to the left hand side - how do I put it right? I could do this normally but its hurting my neck to read thgrough the help topics!!

Ctrl Alt & Up arrow keys should sort it

LOL (genius) im guessing ctl Alt and arrow when I dropped the keyboard is how I changed it - I must write that down! Thanks for your help.
