When I open a new blank document for some reason the automatic spell checker doesn't work nor if you try and spell check the document does the manual one iyswim. It is beginning to really annoy me as all the settings indicate that it should be automatically checking spelling and grammar but it isn't.
I have a Mac and am using MS Word for Mac, not sure if that makes a difference for advice.
Please can anyone help me!!!!
