WAR rocks - don't diss it ;)

It's miles better than WoW - the RvR adds an extra dimension to it.

I'm an ex-daoc player, and once you've experienced proper full blooded RvR (not the half baked WoW stuff), it's tough to go back.

I enjoyed the WoW PvE, but it was always too much of a grind. Still, I had a level 70 druid and a 70 rogue on Alliance on Twilight's hammer - was good times before my gremlin came along ;)

DP used to play DAOC, hence the WAR in this household rather than WoW.

All European realms down for maintenance I might have to do some cleaning.

Oh I'm sure WAR is great really, but I spent over a year levelling to 70 and gearing up, damned if I'll start again on a whole new game!

What is RvR?

realm V realm.
There are two realms, order and destruction, and in RvR you play in your realm, against the other realm.
It's also quick to level up.

So PvP but on a bigger scale?

I really suck at PvP

My main is on Darkspear but the MN guild is on Hellscream so I have made a baby paladin there so she can be in the MN guild

It's better than PvP because you're in teams with the everyone else in your realm. I'm no good at singular PvP but then I'm a healer, so I suck at fighting lol.

Lappy cable should be arriving this afternoon so no more fighting over pcs and I can get back on MN and Wow!!

Put my wee shammy in mn guild, but if anyone wants a hand with instances or q's, you can shout me on my mains, maccall and graf.
