When I've spent an hour shopping and I mistype my password this does not mean I wish you to empty my cart so I can start the entire sodding experience again.

Ouch! You should logon first really. I do now because I've had that happen on some sites. Of course when you're ordering one item it's not such a pain.

onager - yep I know that - but Boots used to retain your login so I assumed I was logged in grrr

Even more irritating they've withdrawn email support and their phone lines just put you on hold so I've written them a stroppy letter to complain.

Silly buggers, god knows how many people they're losing as customers given that one in four will put their password in wrong. (used to work in this area, so know a bit about it which makes it even more annoying).

Boots.com is really playing up today. I wonder if it is overloaded due to the dicounts they are offering. I am trying to order a new carseat with 20% off and loads of points and the site is sooooooo SLOW.

It was really quick for me when I was on earlier, but yes they have since sent me an offer email so I guess lots of folks are on there. Even more reason they should have transactional fulfillment software that works .
