can anyone recommend what they use....

I have Vista set up to control my kids access but I want to be even tougher on them...

I need to restrict time by program and by child - if the PC switches off at bedtime and won't restart till next day, so much the better!

I want to blacklist or whitelist internet sites

I want to prevent use of peer2peer and certain chatroooms, networking sites etc .... may be even have software mail me alerts if something is odd...

my kids are 10 and 7 and are keen to get on line, and I can't always watch everything myself cos I need to have some me time too....

I want to stop OAPs downloading crap

I'm looking at Cyber patrol at the moment - seems to do what I want... no downloading at all if you set it up that way, plus can restrict chat, IM etc and set time limits by time of day and cumulative amount in a week....

Have been told netnanny will do it too though....
