How much would you pay for someone to build you a website?

I have asked a friend to re build our work website.

Quite a simple one, nothing fancy. He's probably spent about 15 hours on it.

How much should we pay him?

My designers charge £40/hour. If you went to an agency they would charge closer to £75/hour probably.
