What number do you dial on your handset to get through to vodafone?

DH hasn't paid the bill and I can't get through to them. I have tried 150 and 190 and 191 but they are just saying 'this number is restricted'. Surely even when we are cut off I can still call vodafone? Otherwise how I meant to pay the blll? We don't have a landline.

191 but you can't call from that if you have been cut off. I know pretty stupid really - can you email them?

I could but the account is normally managed by DH so I can't even log into our online billing because I can't phone him to ask what our passwords are. ARRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHH!!!!

I have sent him a text off the internet to see if he can get vodafone to call me. He is at work so has a landline.
