Anyone got windows Vista? its doing my head in

Ever since we got this new PC (with windows vista) the bloody thing has been a pain. Internet exporer crashes constantly, everything takes AGES to load up, everything keeps freezing..

Is it something to do with vista or the pc itself?

use firefox instead, download adblock to stop the adverts taking ages to load.
I have vista on my lappy and its fine, but IE is not.

I've got Vista and haven't had any problems like that. It can be a bit of a pain about permissions when installing software, but that's the only issue I've had with it. I suspect it's the pc itself - is it still under warranty?

How much RAM have you got?

Agree that Vista is a PITA, also agree that Firefox is good.
