Someone talk me through my email problems!

I want to set up outlook to get emails from my bt internet account. How do I do it please? I'll be forever grateful [smile}

In Outlook 2003:

select Tools->Email Accounts
choose "Add a new account" and click next
choose "POP3" and click next
fill in the boxes
Incoming server is mail.btinternet.com
Outgoing server is mail.btinternet.com

Click the test button and if OK, click next
