POP up Warning...Help?

Micro AV aintivirus 2009, keeps poping up on pc. It is listing sites that we havent even looked at (casio).

It pops up about every 2 mins. It actually wants you to buy there software.
Anybody know how to remove this as dh is going nuts here.

Micro AV appears to be a Trojan. So try updating your anti-virus software then doing a full system scan. Also run SpyBot Search & Destroy.

dh curently running full scan, we use avast.
do i need to let that run its corse, remove any virus and then what?
