help please my task bar has emigrated!!!!!!!!!

It has gone up and down, how do I convince it that it really wants to move back to good ole blighty (as in along the bottom of my screen) Oh please help me, and my frustrated ds lol

I think you click on it and drag it back (but I'm not sure if it's left or right click....sorry)

Ok you drag it with a right click & 'lock' it with a left click
