Help! Dd has somehow moved screen around...

Top toolbar now at bottom and I can't even get mouse over it so can't drag back up. Advice please!

Anyone there?! I'll try to explain it better - screen is now split about quarter way up with a gap before next bit. The usual bar at top of screen is now at bottom, but with no apparent way of using it as mouse won't hover over. Please help!

Doesn't sound like Windows so I don't really know (but this bumps it anyway)

On the main part of the screen can you reach any kind of control panel/settings? I'd be looking for Toolbars,Appearence, Themes etc.

I assume you have restarted the computer and it didn't help.

Thanks onager. Yes it's Windows and yes did try restarting.

Windows doesn't usually have a top toolbar. It's at the bottom (though you can move it) and has the Start menu on the left side and the time on the right.

Could you be refering to the browser toolbar? What does this toolbar usually have on it?
