Changing how often your send/receive kicks in on outlook

I remember doing something once that changed how often it did it automatically... but now can't find it (have told my mum it is possible and I will show her how )

We need to set up the email to auto-receive every 5 mins really, and to auto-send as soon as they press send on the email itself.

Mail Setup tab
Click send/receive button
There's a bit that says "schedule and automatic send/receive every X mins.

Assuming it's outlook not outlook express.

ah yes, it is obvious when you actually click on that button
