Help, how do you turn a Sony Ericsson's W810i mobile back on?

Can't get it back on, too many buttons.

Where is the on button? Front, back, top?

Yes - I think it is the small circle.

Maybe the battery needs charging. When I press that a small button a red light next to it in another window flashes at me!

Or I have locked myself out and I will never learn to text speak!

Are you holding the button down for long enough?

I haven't got that model but on my sony ericsson, you have to hold it down for a good few seconds before it switches on.

you might need to charge it for a bit before it'll work.

I have the 800i & it is the tiny button on the R on the top - you do have to hold it down for a while.

Have you got a USB connector? Can you charge it that way? (I know you can with an Ipod, not sure about phones)

Mine charges on USB

See know you are talking about things that are far beyond my imagination. I am having trouble with an on off button and you talk of ipods and USB connectors. Be real.
