is there a quicker way than one by one from the menu?

Yes, you can find the physical folder in your file system and delete. The location depends which operating system version you use I think, but I'll have a look where mine are later and let you know so you get some idea.

pedilia, if you are using Windows XP and Internet Explorer as browser the favourites folder is under c:\Documents and Settings\Favorites...

If you are using Firefox as browser, just go to the Bookmarks menu and do Organise Bookmarks to open the bookmark manager.

if it is a Mac, i've no idea.

For a Mac, the Firefox Bookmarks/Organise Bookmarks works the same way. For Safari, click the book icon and delete directly from the bookmarks list.

And in the Vista/IE combination the location is c:\Users\Favorites.
