HOTMAIL is driving me MAD

ie had my hotmail account for years, over last couple of weeks when i log in, it will let me look at the inbox but if i try and delete anything it says working on request then wont let me back into my inbox.

but if i log out and go back in they are deleted, dont know why this is happening.

hotmail is shit. Get gmail instead.

are you using internet explorer or firefox? (or something else entirely)

Sometimes if I use conqueror or IE I can't do stuff on hotmail, but if I use firefox everything's fine.

Gmail is a mail system created by the makers of Google (googlemail). Just go to www.gmail.com and get yourself an account (used to need invites for it but don't think you do any more).
