Firefox is being a knob. PC says there its running but it isn't - help!

message says "firefox is already running but not responding. To open a new window you must first close...etc"

but according ot TAsk manager it isn't bloody running

SD thanks for that - no i didn't switch off, if i can't work out the process thingy I'll do that.

Get up Task Manager. Look at the second tab (Processes). Sort by name and look for anything Firefoxy.
