Insert page.

I will go and look at Publisher and come back!

Could you not do it on a word document by changing the page layout on word to landscape you won't need to worry about publisher.

with publisher you have to create a text box, size the box and then place your text inside, if you are cutting and pasting, it should still be pasted into a text box, well that is how it works for me.

oh yes and insert page will give you a second page.

Littlefish · 20/06/2008 17:37

Right.

Click on "Insert" tab at the top
Select "insert page after" (or something like that)
Click onto page 2
Draw a blank text box on page 2
Go back to page one
Click on the little linked chain icon (probably top right of the screen)
Click onto page 2 and click into text box.

This should make any extra text flow into page 2.

Is that what you want to do?

Mine is on the top right hand side on the top tool bar. If you hovver over it, it says "create text box link".

If you can't find it, just cut and paste the extra text into the text box on the second page.
