Thunderbird Junk Mail - how do I work it???

I've just installed Thunderbird on my computer (so I don't have to use shitty OE) and am quite liking it.

But I'm not sure about the Junk Mail thing - how do I get it to move the messages that it/I say/think are Junk into a separate folder?
