I need to send the same e-mail to 6 people, can I list all the e-mail addresses on just one, or do I have to send one after another?

You can list them all with a comma and a space between (IME - might change according to who you're with), so [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc

Oh thankyou! I've never had to send lots before. I knew it must be possible and I wasn't going to ask DH!

MN comes up trumps again.

A good way of doing it, is to use the BCC field - Blind Carbon Copy. This then does not disclose the e-mail addresses to the other recipients.

I use ThunderBird and for that, to separate e-mail addresses you use a ; character.

EXAMPLE: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]
