I am trying to cancel TalkTalk broadband. I have spoken to a real person twice on the phone today, and they have both confirmed that my account has been cancelled, but when I asked them to put it in writing by email they said that would not be possible. They said they would write to my home address to confirm cancellation.
in the meantime I have had an email AND a text message saying that my account has not been cancelled as they were not able to cancel without my confirmation. I’ve given my confirmation three times now.
Has anyone else had this problem?
