Screen rotated to horizontal -help!

DS leant on my keyboard today and the screen has rotated so it is horizontal. I have NO idea how to get it back-help! I have a crick in my neck!

Not sure if this is what you mean but Ctrl-Alt pressed at the same time as the right or left arrows rotates the screen to the right or the left. And Ctrl-Alt and the Up Arrow sets it back to normal.

Only just back from bank holidays - glad it worked. Entertainingly my parents were staying in our house and my dd had managed to do exactly the same thing. They were also surfing with cricked necks until my brother sorted them out!!!
