If it's all type in capitals - is there an easy way to make it lower case?

Umm that's it really - I am SO lazy

I'm proofing a CV for someone & I hate capitals

In word, select the text you want, then go to Format, Change Case, and select appropriate option.

or highlight and choose shift F3

And keep doing it till you get the one you want
