erm, thingy wotsit on the screen in the wrong place

Hello clever people.

My DS has done something to my pc.

The bar that used to be at the bottom with start buttons, icons (?) and time in it is now vertical.

I only have a small screen and am having to scroll across to read postings (vv annoying).

grab it with the mouse and drag it back to the bottom of the screen

I had tried to move the edge of it, but it just expanded to half the screen!

I must become more it able!!
