Latest iOS update - anyone having trouble with emails?

It says it's downloading 5 emails but I have to constantly refresh, swipe away, turn the phone off and on again... nothing speeds it up.

It used to be that I would get emails in real time, almost as though texting, but now it takes a ridiculous length of time and they all come together at once even though the timestamps are a fair distance apart, often many hours. I've checked the pull notification and turned it off and on again in case it somehow has become buggy, but nothing has worked at all. It's almost unusable.

Yeah same, it's really annoying. I only get emails now when I refresh. They used to just pop through. I assumed it was my mail as it's yahoo and generally rubbish in many ways!

It's nice to know I'm not alone but I'd rather neither of us had this! I'm surprised it's not more widespread and there hasn't been an update for it yet .

Yes me i've been having this exact issue!

And me! No amount of refreshing helps. I can search for an email and find it if i know that it’s definitely be sent. I’m old tho and email isn’t my first language so i am disadvantaged

Is there any way of reporting it?

The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if it's one of those deliberate glitches where only iCloud email works so everyone stops using other non apple emails.

And also one minute it says I have 10 emails then the next it says I have 4 emails
