Screen has gone sideways - how to I get it back

Thias has happened before, DS has been playing and has managed to get the screen to go sideways. I have Vista, if that's any help. Neck getting sore from looking sideways!! TIA.

hold down ctrl alt & press up arrow

(dd does this often)
