Someone's in my account and they've changed all my password and 2 factor authentication, which means I can't do any of the recovery stuff Google are asking for.

I can't find any way to contact Google.

They're doing lots of shopping, but I can't get into the emails.

Bank have stopped accounts, so that's all good, but how do I recover the email account? Or what else do I need to do?

This feels huge? I'm scared they've literally got access to my whole life, and often I can't get into accounts without getting into email?

Also, how did they do it?!

Can anyone help?

This happened to me, I was lucky enough as I put my other email as the backup with my number, and I got a email notification that someone has gained access to my gmail account and to click " it wasn't me " and it locks the account and whoever out of it straight away. Then you just reset another password.

Yes, I've had that before too, but this time, they changed all the back up numbers and emails
