Ok so have got myself a bluetooth dongle, transferred video/photos from my phone to my pc......

.......but my pc won't play the video! Waahh I thought I was doing so well too. So it says it is a 3gp file - how do I play that on my pc then? Please????????

I think you need a Player. The file format is specific to mobile phones.

There are several ways. Simplest is if you have Media Player Classic (not the latest one) tucked away on your PC. If so open it and drag the file to it.
Probably find it here.
"C:\Program Files\Media Player Classic\mplayerc.exe"

If you download and install VLC media player that should play it and many other things to. I don't use it but it's often recommended.
