Why won't my printer work?????????

It is connected up, plenty of ink, status is ready but when I click "print" it doesn't do anything. ANy ideas?

If this problem has only just appeared try restarting the computer first.

You may have already looked here, but in 'Control Panel - Printers and Faxes' you should see your printer.

Double click it which opens a window showing the printer queue. If there are several items in there you should cancel them and start again.

Also right click your printer and select 'printing preferences'.

If you then click on the maintenence tab you may see something like 'status monitor'.
This may give you some information.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer? Sometimes this can work if all else fails.
