Anyone use a Samsung mobile...a very quick 'how do you...' question

When texting, how do you get the cursor to move to the line below without have to keep pressing the space button loads of times to get there?? Thankyou!

On mine, you hold down the # button to get the punctuation screen, then press 9 to get a new line, then OK
