PC or Vista problem

I've tried to change the text size in personalization settings, pc is now shutting down (repeatedly), turning back on & screen says stage 3 of 3 configuration, Do not turn off. Any ideas how I can get it to work?????

Funny but yes no help!!!!! Thankfully home pc has now recified it's self, after almost 3 hours of mis behaving...must of known I was using laptop to tell on it!!!!
