security camera question - help please i'm useless!

I have a security camera which goes onto my tv through the AV channel - thats all working fine.

I also have a recordable dvd player and want to have the option to record the security camera but can't get it to record the Av channel.

can any of you clever people help me please?

To begin with you need the output from the Camera to plug into the DVD recorder and then the output of the DVD recorder to go into the TV.

The exact method will depend on which connectors each one has

Yes....you need to put the wire fromt eh security system into hte back of your DVD recorder not your TV.

You may need to change the source on your recorder to Aux.
