Does anyone know why my OE email server seems to be rejecting bona fide email addresses?

OE Email Server is not clear. OE is normally Outlook Express, which is a mail client, not a server.

Thanks EvelynsDad, I think it is because I am abroad atm and using my laptop with hotel wifi, I'm sure it will be fine when I get home, thanks anyway.
