lost internet on our other computer, and to get it back we need to go onto internet on THAT computer

we are trying to download Netgear Software and the comp tells us we need Windows XP SP1 Hot Fix KB822603 and we get it as we dont have internet connection on the other comp. Can someone send us the Windows XP SP1 Hot Fix KB822603 to our email please -
