Making a video like a reel

Is it possible to make videos as easily as I can on instagram reels, with all the effects and music but just for myself and to share with family?

Is there an app anyone can recommend?

Want to make little videos of family adventures but don't want them on my insta, want them just for us and to share with grandparents etc

I wanted to know the same thing, hopefully someone answers this thread. A bonus would be an app that syncs the photos to the beat of a chosen track.
