Help - deleted everything on my Ipod and now can't seem to get it back

although all still in my Itunes library keep trying to Sync but not working. Got new still Nano. Don't know how I deleted it?? Was trying to do a playlist for first time - only had a few months so still a bit of a newby!

Any ideas what to do!

Ok panic over. DH came over and looked and had or hadn't ticked something - dunno what and still dunno how managed to delete it but got it all back now.
