Success - I have attached old computer to new computer - but new computer still doesn't want to talk to old computer - WHY does this happen to me?

It's only a problem because my external hard-drive & printer are on the old computer

But I must have done something that worked - but I will be buggered if I know what it is

Have you shared the printer and the hard disk from the first machine ?

Then my AVG stopped working so I fixed it

Now the network stopped working
