Excell has just disappeared - Help

When I click on it it says preparing to install & is looking for PRO11.MSI

WHAT ON EARTH have I done - it was working 2 minutes ago

All I did was try to download a calandar template from Microsoft & they have disappeared

I did system restore & it came back
