Feel like I've shrunk . . . . Screen's gone big

All my text etc has just increased in size massively. I remember doing this before. What do I need to press to make it all go normal again? Seriously doing my head in now!!!

try ctrl and rolling your nmouse wheel

Haven't got a mouse wheel. (On a laptop) Have tried ctrl and running fingers over mousepad thingy. Nothing.
The giant grin emoticon is scaring me now!!!!
