How to stop Daily Mail pop ups!

On Microsoft edge, daily mail pop ups come through despite my best efforts. Every 5 minutes or so, and they are distracting for being so click-baity.

In the settings tab of edge, under cookies and site permissions, daily mail has the following selected: notifications - block; pop ups; block

No difference. Every five minutes, a pop up.

I can't not use edge, as I have a lot of tabs open there that I need to work through.

Please help.

can you put up a photo of one of the notifications

Could popups be comming from chrome?

Or an installed extension

Solved. It's a programme that you've accidentally clicked and loaded. Just go to 'Add/Reove programs' in Control Panel and unistall 'Mailonline' or whatever the program is called.
