Fujitsu Siemens laptop - Anyone got one I need help with.......

turning on the wireless wotsit. I can't find any button. On the Toshiba one we've got its at the front but no idea on this new one.

I haven't got that laptop, but some things to try:

1. Is there a slider on the side, front or back?
2. Is there a button next to (or near) the power button?
3. Do you have a fuction key (fn) on your keyboard? Check the F-keys, and look for a wireless symbol. If you find it, hold down fn (usually lower left on keyboard) and press the appropriate F-Key.

it is on the front left, you have to tip it up slightly to see it, where the wireless light is

anyone know how to turn the touch pad off on the same laptop.

Just after i started the thread i found the manuals on the fujitsu siemens website and did it myself, but u were right computer it was fn and f1

fin54 try downloading the manuals from the website Ours didn't come with a manual at all
