Hi Katymac, this happened to me once, I sympathise. Can you not import them from another browser? I use safari and Firefox, so imported them from Safari and IE.

Check the history too, there will places you have visited, so if you haven't emptied your history for a long time you might find quite a few.

Just thoughts!

Not much to go on. Assuming you are using Windows XP your bookmarks will be in:

c:\documents and settings{YOUR NAME}\Application Data\Mozila\Firefox\Profiles{random stuff}\bookmarks.html

You will probably have two or more {random stuf} folders, check them all.

If you were using a very old copy of Firefox the folder names may be a bit different, but the will be under "Application Data" in a file called "bookmarks.html". try searching.

I found them

They came up as a webpage with links

Can I convert them into bookmarks?

Or should I save it as a word document and just update them as I use them?

The best way is to go into Firefox then click:

Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks.

Then click File -> Import.

Then select 'Import from file' and give it the copy you have found.

Thank you so much Kimi

I feel so relieved

I was really panicking
